She genuinely cared about all of us attending and the class was able to open up about our life and struggles. I believe we all took something home from the Risk Reduction course. "DO NOT take the 20 hour risk reduction class at this facility. The facility is nice and the people that run it are very polite but the contractor that they hire to teach the weekend class was rude, condescending and presumptive. Her attitude from the beginning of class was negative and did not improve from there. Phones were to be turned off and, if a device were to vibrate or make a noise, the student would be told to leave without question and the money they had paid for the class would be forfeited. I found this hilarious since she would spend class discussion time on her phone and even extended it 20 minutes once so she could finish up her calls. Rules are fine and I do not mind following them but this lady was out of control. Her authoritative and demanding demeanor put everyone on edge and I can only imagine reduced her ability to earn any respect or confidence from the class. She even had the nerve to call one student a liar in front of everyone else because she did not agree with what he said. In the days and weeks since my experience, I have met and spoken to others who elected to take their class at this facility and they have all told me similar stories about her. Save yourself the grief and do this someplace else with an instructor that actually wants you to leave with a positive outlook and having learned something. I would not have the insight into what a class should be like without the privilege of attending one taught and led by Mr. John Goss at A-1 Driving school in Marietta. Mr. Goss was a breath of fresh air and it is my hope that everyone required to take this class has the good fortune of getting a counselor like him."

"The instructor was very nice and inviting. He never judged us and was extremely knowledgeable with the course material. The atmosphere was comfortable, the fact that they have padded office chairs really makes a difference. The free breakfast and coffee was a great plus! The owners were warm and kind and helped me throughout my experience. If your looking for a great school for your classes, look no further this place is it!"

"I am so grateful for my experience with Dickerson Driving School. I tried to go into the weekend with an open mind, but I honestly just wanted to get it over with. By Sunday my view on the class and the reason I was there had changed. The teacher was awesome! He really talked to us on a personal level. He motivated us throughout the weekend and there was never any judgement from him. It was a comfortable atmosphere to discuss, but there was never any pressure. He kept us on track when we tried to veer off and explained the material really well. Highly recommend this driving school!"
