Despite the circumstances of having to be there the Risk Reduction Class virtually was a pleasant experience. The instructor Jan was GREAT non judgmental and understanding. "I thought this was going to be a terrible experience being virtual but I wasn’t pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the staff Kim Hughes Office Manager) and Mike Jenkins (instructor) because I had expected there to be no interaction with the students and watch a bunch of videos all day and then take a hour long test. Boy I couldn’t have been more wrong. Fist their was very few (5-6)short videos (10-15 min) and a lot of interaction from the instructor MIKE JENKINS and students. You could tell very quickly Mike cares about his students as individuals and makes the class very interesting and pleasant to learn. I will recommend this particular location and instructor to anyone that needs this class. Mike Jenkins is a World class instructor with a heart felt process of his students no matter what their background or situation everyone is treated equally and with respect.
