"0 out of 5 Attempted to have my vehicle worked on this week. I received a phone call on morning 3 of them having it, asking why I even brought it in and they're just getting ready to look at it. No one actually wrote down or relayed the information i gave them to anyone else about it. The next evening, after not hearing from them, i hear from a family member of a close friend that they told them what was wrong with it instead of phoning me personally.. grapevine message was how I found out about it.. Refused to order parts and advised I buy them online myself and bring them in. Then left my vehicle unlocked in the parking lot (for who knows how long or even overnight) when I specifically asked that it be locked in this highly trafficked area and when questioned about why it was unlocked (when they had not touched it since the day before) I was told by "Winnie" "no one will get into these cars while I'm working, they stay unlocked during the day when I'm here".. mind you, I had been in my unlocked vehicle already and I hadn't ever met her before, nor was I stopped from getting some things out of it before I spoke to her. Understandably upset, I asked what would have happened if someone had stolen something, would they/she be liable for it and was told no, they nor she would be liable for them leaving my vehicle unlocked and unattended while in their possession... She then informed me, rather rudely and shortly that they didnt want to work on it anymore. So I ended up leaving and taking my vehicle and all future business back across the street to the Nestorville Service Center. They're much more pleasant, personable and they actually get work done over there instead of clowning around for days and days. I've never been treated so badly and so rudely anywhere I've ever tried to spend money for a service, and I wouldn't recommend Pitzer's to even the most desperate person in need of a shop. I came there only because of a positive referral, i had heard horror stories already about this place and decided to take a chance thinking maybe it wouldn't be as bad as people have said. I was SO WRONG."
