"I love the blue heron- and it’s owner melanie drew- my pottery teacher and dear friend after 20 years of membership I plan to be there forever!! Melanie has taught several generations of carrolltonians!! My daughter and I both love the studio. It’s just a perfect creative and safe space for everyone to bloom. She teaches all the fine arts but pottery is the main medium most of us work with. You can also buy her very reasonably priced pottery at the corner cafe restaurant on the square- check out her shelf there- it’s stocked w perfect last minute gifts or a lil treat for yourself!!"
