"I won’t go into all the details of my situation but I have used H&R Block for several years now. Well, I had a few serious questions. Instead of hearing me and listening to my concerns, they completely disregarded me altogether. They didn’t put any effort into sincerely finding the answers I was seeking. Well, thankfully, everything worked out in the end but no thanks to them. I know mistakes are made so I have never posted any reviews on any businesses. I never want to make anyone look bad but this was one time I just had to. I’m not very knowledgeable about things involving taxes so I was depending on the professional opinion and put trust in what they were telling me but none of it was correct. It did cost me a little bit of money but it could have been so much worse in the end but like I said, I was able to figure things out on my own. I think that when customers enter their business, they should hear and understand what the person has to say, try to figure out the answer instead of just blowing someone off. If they’re not able to find the answer, they should just say as much but not give some response just off the top of their head just to get the customer in and out."

"Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went there to have taxes done (3/25) and they wanted to nickel and dime us. Tried to charge us over $400. When we said heck no we need to find a cheaper place our preparer became very nasty to us and basically said, "DO NOT COME BACK" (We only went there in the first place because they needed to amend our 2016 tax return due to THEIR mess up. She amended the form but they refuse to pay for any late charges and penalties that was acquired.) So we grabbed our tax information and went to Jackson Hewitt. If you want a amazing team to work on your refund go the Jackson Hewitt. They even got us a extra $200 more on our refund then H&R block. Good riddance H&R block and your crummy service. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GIVING YOU ANY MORE SERVICE."
