I made appointment with them to discuss my situation they canceled without effort to call me even. After that, I schedule new appointment my accounting person did not show up again. Some person in their office promise to solve my issue nothing happens for other month or so (in my opinion they never mike an effort). I pay my taxes and I understand that is my responsibility, but my believe is that they have some responsibility, as well. They never suggest paying at least some part of my interest rate and fees for money owned."
