"I opened up a checking account with this bank almost a month ago the woman that waited on me said my check and card will take 3 weeks to get here I called them this Friday and the woman told me my checks and card was never ordered she told me I should get both of the in 7 to 10 day's so now it's another waiting game and they better hope I get them in 7 to 10 day's or I will be drawing my money out and going someplace else"

"Overall very satisfied with this bank ,I have banked with them 12 plus years. I do not like their hours. I usually work until 4 pm and can never get to bank in time. Most America's workers are 9-5. I think they should at least stay open until 5 pm."

"I have always been pleased with this bank until I got my debit card stolen. After I reported the incident they were very helpful in the Beckley branch until for some reason they passed my case onto a lady named Stacy Wilcox out of the Cross Lanes branch. She was highly unprofessional. I called her everyday for 3 weeks and never got an answer from her, a call back from her, and she even hung up on me after I told her my name. So not only did I not get reimbursed $693.00 but I have no clue what is going with my case because I cannot get an answer from her. IM HIGHLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!"

"I'm a waitress, which means I always have ones. These girls helped me deposit over 1000 in one's and didn't complain (as other locations have), but laughed and joked the whole time. I am very thankful for the cashiers and all they do!"

"outside of the obvious "bankers hours", this is by far the best bank ive ever used out of 8 different banks in 5 different states. i even pass their sister banks to get to this one. but thats due to an exgirlfriend. better hours would have netted 5 stars"
