"Had an appointment at 11:30 am. Was there at 11:25 am. Did the check in on the text message, stood and waited til 11:40 am and no one showed up to help me and my wife. Called the phone number found on Google and it is someone not inside the building asking me to wait longer while they figure out what's going on, I said no, I've waited long enough, the only tax prep person that was there was having a conversation with man but he wasn't doing anything but talking.
