"Whoever works here called me today 3/24/23 at 10:17am about my daughter who stays by my mother I’ve been very sick the past 2 years with problems neurologically. She had asked me what grade my daughter was in, I had forgot she had gotten left back because she may be dyslexic which is why she needs to go for testing. I had told her first grade which she is in but I said I am unsure.. to call my mother. She calls my mother and said “I don’t understand why her own mother doesn’t know what grade she is in” I feel that whoever works there as a receptionist should be fired. I feel like I am being made fun of and talked about by somebody who is supposed to be a “professional” individual.. who is judging me and not knowing my situation.. and felt the need to make a comment about me to my mother. I don’t even want my daughter to be brought there now knowing how unprofessional they are but it seems like I have no other choice because I don’t know of anywhere else and she needs help."
