"Dr. Lin is ok, not Uber friendly, pretty straight to the point. The staff does their job but wouldn’t stay i or my kids like to be here. We will be choosing another provider, one who more friendly, respects my decisions, and is sensitive to needs of black children. Also, the office could use some updating and cleaning. It feels old. The cartoon decals in the room are peeling off and don’t look like any care was put into the decor. As a facility that cares for children I would expect it to be more child friendly (ie kids chairs and tables in the waiting room, friendly paintings and toys, comfy chairs, bright wall paint…etc) They should really consider renovating and also having the staff be a bit more professional."

"I only had only one encounter with Dr. Lin and I am sorry to say that it was not a great experience. My child has some medical history without asking me what my child’s current situation is the doctor straight away went into saying that she needs this vaccine and that vaccine. What kind of doctor would suggest anything without not asking for past medical history. They did a hearing test on my child and said that she needs further evaluation. I requested them to check if there is any earwax in my child’s ear, doctor said that my child doesn’t have any earwax in her ear. Once we went to the ENT specialist, it was clearly evident that she had a lot of earwax in her ear, which was making her hearing situation bad. I am perplexed and stunned how a board-certified pediatrician cannot recognize the difference between an eardrum and earwax. His front desk staff and his nurse are not at all friendly. They ask me how I got into the waiting room When they locked the main door during lunchtime. I had to explain to them that the door was unlocked and I came in because my appointment was right after the lunchtime. I will never go back to this practice."
