"Dr Mathew has been consistent with my daughters from the first time meeting her. The staff are ALWAYS kind and courteous. I would not change my children’s care for anyone else because I am comfortable with her expertise."

"Dr. Purna Chadalawada is hands down, the WORST provider my child has EVER seen! Typically, we see Dr. Matthew (who I also saw as a child) but she’s out for the next 3wks. So, we were stuck with seeing Dr. Chada. She’s rude, doesn’t listen to concerns or knowledge from the parent. SHE likes to think she knows better because she has the title doctor. Well, when a parent tells you how dangerous your child’s fevers become on strep and a rocephin shot is needed, heed their advice. Don’t talk to them like YOU have been raising their children. YOU know NOTHING of your patient and don’t feel it’s necessary to look at his medical history. I can say this — the practice is slipping. It’s highly probable that we’ll be swapping. Office staff has gotten rude. This used to be an amazing practice. I can’t say it is anymore. And it’s a bitter pill to swallow. I guess after 28yrs, it’s time we move on."

"I have brought my kids to Tri County since my 15 yr old was a baby I see Dr. Mathews because she knows my kids well shes amazing I had a situation go down with my 15 yr old she was here thru the good bad and the ugliest for my children and parents i wouldn't change my kids practice for anything they are worth the drive and time. Front desk is amazing and all the drs. Brooke is one of the front desk shes amazing she also has been here love them and would not change a thing about them they deserve more then 5 stars in my book they are 10 stars. Thank yall for what yall do for my kids."

"Once you get in it's great. Try getting an afternoon appointment so you don't have to pull your kid out of school and they'll send you through the phone mill to call back over and over until they fill up their mornings, then they won't answer the phone! I've never seen an office so hell bent on pulling kids out of school to make a buck... but the DOCTORS really are great. The front office could use a lot of work on their "protocols"..."

"We are long time patients of Tri-County Pediatrics. Our Dr. of record is Dr. Kathie Brichant. She is one of the best Drs. ever. She has excellent bedside manner with the kids. She explains things to parents in a way that makes the information less intimidating. She is definitely operating in her purpose. She is primarily the reason we have stayed as long as we have. Waiting time are sometimes less than ideal. They will call you back quickly, but there are times we are left long periods of time in the exam rooms. That is the one area where I wish they would improve. Our time is valuable as well. I wish I could give them a 4.5, but since that is not an option, a 4 it is."
