"Avoid this place! We've visited three times, and each experience was unpleasant. My children won't be coming back. The staff is consistently rude, unresponsive on the phone. Additionally, appointments are scheduled more than three weeks in advance. PLEASE FIRE THE LIGHT SKIN GIRL WITH GLASSES in the front , SHE IS RUINING THIS COMPANY REPUTATION.!"

"This is so disappointing. I’ve been going there since 2016 only because the pediatrician are amazing. But the receptionist staff they have always been so disrespectful and rude. They act like they never want to help me. I don’t know if it’s because of my race but I am tired of this disrespect throughout the years."

"The only reason they get 1 start is because the doctors there are amazing! The front office staff, however, are unprofessional and very rude! When talking to them, they talk over you and never take accountability for their own screw ups. Every year my kids insurance is incorrect in the system and I have had the same insurances for 3 years. And then they tell me I owe them a balance. How do I owe a balance with 2 insurances? Their financial books are a mess and when trying to talk to someone they put it on the next person and they are horribly rude!"

"I’ve been dealing with this pediatrics since 2016 they are always rude however in 2022 I moved to another state today my son went to get updated shots so I had to call jonesboro pediatrics they was so rude they told the doctors office I am currently at right now 11-17-23 4:36 that they are not about to keep trying to fax over the paper the lady literally said we are not about to keep trying this our last time ) that was the most unprofessional thing I’ve heard from a doctors office and her tone of voice omg demons really be attached to people I’ve been there since 2016 it is now 2023 the attitude an talking to people any kind of way has always been like this it’s sad an truly disgusting an this is the JONESBORO LOCATION IN CLAYTON COUNTY THAT I AM REFERRING TO"

I can honestly say that we are all human and NOBODY is perfect, but they always treat my son and I with kindness and I also love his pediatrician, Dr. Kasi! I moved an hour away, but did not want to leave this location. My son is two and a half and has been here since 6 months! Thank you guys again!"
