"Nasty customer service. Love the doctors. I have been coming here since 2002 and I am tried of the disrespectfulness of the front staff. Dr. Coleman helped my family through difficult times but I can't do this anymore. These women have the Nastiest attitude to the point of being uneducated. Who acts like this! One because of the doctors."

"This pediatrician office use to be nice but now it's horrible. My daughter have always came to this pediatrician every since she was born in 2013, but I am making a switch to a new doctor. If I can give 0 stars I would ... They say they close at 5:30 but stop taking sick kids at 3... This is horrible The service of this place has went downhill... I'm so disappointed..."

"I'm new to this state and I have to be candid. This by far was the worse pediatric experience ever. Women were very ghetto, seemed uneducated and very underqualified. They lacked professionalism and are an overspill horrible representation of the company. The manager that I requested to speak to was the most ghetto of them all. They lied to me saying they could conduct a full physical on my daughter for school, only to find out after being seen and charged that they could only do part of it. I'm very upset. Had I known I wouldn't have come or wasted my time. WARNING IF YOU LIKE PEACE AND PROFESSIONALISM, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THEY ALSO DO NOT USE GLOVES!!!"

"For this to be a pediatrician's office, the office is nasty. The chairs are so worn down to the fact that you can see the cushion from the inside of the upholstery. I didn't get to see anyone and made a wasted trip just to go to this filth. The people that work there are unprofessional and have attitudes. I will not be taking my daughter here although, when we came she didn't get to see anyone. I would not recommend this office to anyone!!!"

"This place is the WORST. My sister recommended me and my kids. My first visit the nurse made a rude comment about me carrying my child. He has cerebral palsy so that pissed me off. Once my sisters children and mine had an appointment on the same day now my children have well check apppintments when my nieces birthday is. Dr. Coleman is excellent but she has the WORST staff ever. They are rude and inconsiderate. I will never bring my children back. There should be spots for negative stars because I don't feel the deserve one."
