"Don’t bank here I am really upset my daughter has had an account here for years I left her this account when she was younger! she had someone to steal her card make fraudulent charges on her card..so they put her account on hold there, we had to reorder her card! cause of the fraud… so we went there to cash her check and to add salt to injury on already what my daughter has been through!! the lady came to window and said no your account still on hold you can’t cash the check cause your I’d is expired,!! my daughter was like well no they sent me a card and my account is not supposed to still be on hold, cause they sent me a new card taken the hold off! She said nope there still hold there, And then my daughter asked, is there any other exception because she had her Social Security card and her college ID? And she said there is no other exceptions that United Bank Bank don’t do that which I know they do because I used to Bank there, and remind you She has been with this Bank for last 6 to 7 years, but I’d advise her last night to change banks! And I just think really is this how you treat your customers that’s been with you for years that you can’t use a college ID or Social Security card to cash a check or even her expired ID it still proves it’s her this is how they treat their customers, and I didn’t like the ladies that was talking to her. She had somewhat of an attitude And I had one back!! And I’m definitely filing a complaint with the main branch!"

"I've been to several United Bank branches, and while all others exude excellence, this Weston location is a stark and disappointing exception. After six regrettable visits, I'm appalled by the sheer lack of professionalism and the dismissive attitude I've encountered. Why would I drive 25 minutes to be treated like this when Chase is practically begging me to join them with a $250 incentive? This branch is a stain on United Bank's reputation, and if they're indicative of the bank's future direction, they'll be seeing a lot less of my money."

"Pay very low interest on your deposits charge a maintenance fee on saving account when dropped below a balance with out communication to customer very unprofessional would not recommend this institution"

"Since the branch closed in Clarksburg at Wal Mart, I now have to either go to this branch or the one in Westover. The folks are always ready to help and to make my visit pleasant. However, I really miss the Clarksburg location. They have a sign on RT 50 that proudly states "UNITED BANK - West Virginia's Bank" but it should also include a line that says "Except Harrison and Marion Counties". LOL"
