"I didn't even get the chance to have my daughter be a patient and meet the doctors. I called to make an appointment for my daughter a month ago, the woman who I spoke with was very rushed and rude. I tried to give her the benefit of a doubt as it was just after thanksgiving and I'm sure she was very busy. However, I never got a confirmation call and when I called to confirm on the day I was told my appointment was, they never made the appointment! I confirmed they were the office I called to make the appointment with, as they were the only number I had in my phone. When I called back they were extremely rude. To make matters worse, the woman who was being rude and condescending was the office manager, Christine Alverez. Believe what the other reviews say, they are rude. I hope the doctors are paying attention... if the care for the office and treatment of patients is this bad, it definitely made me think how the care for my child would be. I won't put either of us through that."

"The lady who sits at the front window is always very rude. Doctors Rollins is always nice so are the nurses but that one chick needs to be in the very back the other young lady was very nice who scheduled our next appt. Someone needs to check that other one before she be rude to the next person and they do the same way!!!"

"The quality of care at this facility has diminished significantly since we first started taking our first-born here. The front desk staff is nonchalant at best, getting to see the pediatrician has become a privilege, and on more than a couple of occasions genuine health concerns we’ve had with our children were brushed off. I cannot recommend this facility to any parent, based on my experience. Because even though you can never expect anyone’s concern for your children to match your own the staff here doesn’t even make a meaningful attempt - not anymore."

"The front desk lady who answers the phone was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! Will NOT be returning to this office and would highly recommend others take their business elsewhere as well. This is the first time EVER I have felt compelled to leave a business a bad review like this, but the way I(and my daughter) was treated today was simply unacceptable and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Especially when dealing with a potentially stressful and important issue like the medical care of your child! "We have been patients here for years and I have always been mostly happy with the practice. Doctor and nurse practitioners have always been good. However, I just tried to call to get an appointment for my daughter and the woman on the phone was extremely rude, not helpful in the least bit and very short with me. I will definitely be looking for other practices to bring my children. The attitude is not appreciated."
