"I had made an appt at WalMart to have my taxes done. I waited nearly 15 minutes past my appt for the preparer to arrive. I told her that I had my old American Express Card from last year & that I wanted Rapid Refund Again. She said she could do that or Direct Deposit if I didn’t want to fool with a card. I asked her if I could still access my refund right away & she told me that I could. After I signed the documents & she printed them & gave me copies, she thanked me & said I should see my refund in my checking account in 21 days or less! That’s when I told her that I told her that the only reason I came back to Jackson Hewitt was for the Rapid Refund! She didn’t apologize or ask if I wanted to redo the taxes for Rapid Refund. Very disappointed with the representation of the company!"
