Cleveland Pediatrics is a healthcare institution located at 2253 Chambliss Avenue Northwest in Cleveland, Tennessee, United States. Our dedicated team of doctors and health professionals welcome you and your child to our practice. We are committed to providing the best possible care in a safe environment for your family.

We ask that only one parent/guardian accompany the child during visits to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and flu. Masks are recommended but no longer required. Upon arrival, you will be asked a series of triage questions and we ask that you bring your child's insurance card to every visit.

At Cleveland Pediatrics, we focus on the overall well-being of children and address each child's specific needs at every visit. Our physicians and staff provide the finest medical care and stay current on medical treatments and procedures. We have an on-site lab for routine blood work and basic tests.

We have two separate buildings for well and sick visits, as well as a Certified Lactation Consultant with over 10 years of experience. Language translation services for Spanish and German are available, and we do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or national origin.

We offer free pre-natal consults and tours of our office, and provide medical care for children from birth until age 18. Our Wellness Center Building promotes health and wellness for babies, children, and adolescents, while the Illness Center is for sick and potentially contagious patients.

Appointments are by appointment only, and we no longer offer walk-in appointments due to Covid. Cleveland Pediatrics is dedicated to providing equal access to care for all patients.
