"If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse is super sweet but the dr made my baby cry so hard. She snatched his binki out of his mouth saying he should be off that by now. Once he started crying she tells him to stop crying and she has man handled him every time I’ve brought him there. Today pushed me over the edge because she made my baby cry so hard I’ve never seen him cry like that. Please do not bring your baby here."

"I'm not sure how to even sum this up. Please do not take your children to this women or her husband. I promise you will regret it very quickly."

"Dr Kaukab is a great doctor, she listens to my concerns and answers every question, explains why she's doing this test or that test, why this medication or that medication, she listens to my children when they try to explain what they're feeling and takes the time to try and figure out what the issue is, she has helped my children more in less than a year than the any of their previous doctors. If shes not absolutely sure whats causing the issues, she will send them to a specialist to make sure she's not missing anything. If my kids get sick, they try to squeeze them in and find out what's going on. Yes wait times are sometimes long but I'd rather have a doctor that takes the time to listen and care for her patients than one who rushes people in and out without actually listening to them. And the staff is awesome they're always nice and they're good with kids."

"Dr ms Kaukeb is great pediatrician. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. She deserves big credit for taking good care of my kids. She has always answered every questions we have and very proactive and really cared about them. Due to my work schedules now we use her husband but they both are great doctors. When my kids get sick they squeeze us in their schedule and see them right away and spend good time make my kids comfortable and talk w them so nicely. She is a great doctor w lots of knowledge ."

"We never had much of a problem with Dr. Kaukab herself. The problem with this office is the nurses and wait time. We waited AT LEAST two hours for every appointment, checkups or for sick child. The nurses are incredibly rude and pushy. My daughter (5 years old) was getting caught up on vaccines at her last appointment and I told them we wanted to do two at a time, which I was told before we started going here that it wouldn’t be an issue. The nurse INSISTED we do 5 shots in one appointment, then proceeded to scare my child by telling her “you’re going to need your stuffed unicorn because you’re getting a ton of shots today” when my daughter showed her the stuffed unicorn she got for her birthday. During the same appointment, my son got vaccines. Since it was already closing time, they gave both kids shots at the same time. I could only comfort one while the other was screaming while getting his shots, which is a horrible feeling for a mother. We will not be back for either of our kids because of this."
