"Dr. Memon has always been kind, professional, and very informative. Unlike some doctors who just tell you do this or do that, she explains what is wrong, how to help our son get better, and goes through her reasoning for both. That she takes the time to do this speaks volumes about her care and concern for the well-being of our son and the other children in her care. Being new parents ourselves, she doesn't hesitate to tell us how and why we should do and not do certain things, and having children of her own, she uses her own experiences as well to help us understand."
"Our fault we forgot antibiotics for our daughter at home when going on vacation and had to go to an urgent care clinic paying over $150 to get it replaced. This could have been avoided if this office would have simply called it in however they refused and actually were very unprofessional over the phone. What makes it even more frustrating is it was to address a cough that we saw the doctor about about 3 weeks prior to her actually DOING ANYTHING... The legal issues here are black and white... Perfectly legal... However they refuse. They just want more money and don't truly care for children so if you care about your child I would suggest going elsewhere."
