"I arrived at the appointment and found out at the time of the appointment that they didn't schedule it. My husband scheduled it 28 days in advance. I waited for an hour and 10 minutes for my son to be seen and nothing. I couldn't wait any longer and went home. In addition, they also treat sick patients. everyone was sitting in the same room. If your child is not sick, they have a 90% chance of getting sick. I think it's absurd, as this clinic has no structure to handle routine consultations and sick patients. A doctor to see everyone, or I can't understand why it takes so long."

"I was excited that I found a clinic that could get my 5 month old in for his checkup and vaccines. Dr. Vig vibha was our pediatrician. I’m a little disappointed that I was not talked to about his weight or really anything at all. All I got was “have any questions?”. May seem silly to some, but knowing my baby is up to par on absolutely everything is nice. Every mother wants a pediatrician for their child that talks with you and let’s you know anything and everything they need to know about their babies age, weight gain, etc. anyways, I’ll be looking for another pediatrician."

"After waiting over half an hour in an empty office, we ask the lady behind the desk if we should come back and she said oh the receptionist went to lunch and didn’t tell us there was anyone else here. Then another half hour for doctor that was on lunch. This office might consider closing for lunch to avoid wasting people’s time."

"Sunshine children’s clinic definitely has amazing employees and provides top care to their patients, paying attention to the parents needs as well as the children’s. The pediatricians and other staff members show great empathy, compassion, and commitment towards all patients! They are very good about wait time and know how to keep things moving in the clinic with accurate management and care. I would say this clinic is by far one of the best in the area and would recommend 100% when it comes to your child’s health and wellness."
