"My daughter started this school in June of this year and I’m amazed at how far and advanced she is. This is not a daycare it’s an actual school, as a Jamaican we’re used to our kids going to school and actually learning and this facility does just that. The environment is clean and the teachers are very hands on the director is also very involved and not just sits and give instructions and for me that’s everything. The proof is in the pudding!!"

"I found RLA in the mist of a short bad daycare experience and months of visiting different facilities with no real connection. My first impression with Dr. Ross was so joyful and her experience with teaching is impressive, you can tell this is her passion. I know dealing with young children can be difficult due to the fact that they go through so many phases. My 21 month old son has been attending RLA for 4 months now and I am very happy. I feel at ease and confident that he is being well taken care of and learning at the same time. The only thing that I really don’t like is the development closing days each month because it can be difficult to find childcare if your working those days, but i do understand that it’s to improve and train staff and the good definitely outweighs that. Dr. Ross and Mr. Ross are very hands on at their academy and always around for question, concerns, or just daily report. I can see RLA growing and flourishing."

"Ross Learning Academy is the absolute best! They are super Professional, Caring and dedicated to making sure you feel confident in their ability to care for your kids. The staff is friendly and everyones communication is superb. I receive updates throughout the day from pictures to videos, which makes me feel like I am apart of my children’s daily progress! Each day my kids learn something new, and I am updated weekly of what the learning goals would be. Overall the center is great, feels like family and my kids are hitting their milestones!"

"Ross Learning Academy is definitely the best place to send your little one. The RLA staff are amazing and genuinely care for our daughter. It took a very long time to for me get comfortable with the idea of sending my daughter to daycare/ school, but this academy was heaven sent. From the moment we toured the facility, I knew this was the place for my daughter. She was instantly comfortable being in this new environment -- she started mingling with the other kids and playing with toys during our tour. We conversed with The Rosses' for over an hour during the tour and not once did we feel rushed or as if we were asking too many questions. Dr. Ross and Mr. Ross genuinely care about upholding a high standard and it excudes in their day to day activity when running their academy. Their focus on academia is setting their students up for success way past pre-school. I love that my daughter has the opportunity to learn through play because it keeps her engaged and when she comes home she is able to tell me everything she has learned throughout the day. My daughter is greeted every morning when she walks through their doors and she is smiling everytime I pick her up in the evening. I highly recommend this place and I am so glad we were referred to them! Thank you RLA!"
