"Everything about our visit was absolutely awful! We were told that we had an outstanding bill when we arrived only to find out it was a mistake. We waited almost 2 hours just to be seen for a routine eye exam. The staff was overwhelmed and unprofessional. It seem that Dr Dixon is only concerned about volume of patients. This place is a zoo he should be ashamed."

"I brought my niece here for second time. The first time I brought here he was in surgery and we waited over 2hrs. Okay second appointment time 120 it’s 3 05 no doctor and the rude staff come out and said he in surgery every Thursday and then why schedule appointments on his surgery day. I will be looking for a new eye doctor for my niece."

"The wait time is long. Some days the waiting room is crowded. But I feel it is worth it for the quality care my children received. Dr. Dixon provides a service to this community accepting most insurance that others refuse. I went to 3 other ophthalmologists before here and it is worth the wait."

"I don't even go to this eye doctor but brought a friend with her son because he had an appointment at 3 today we've been here since 2:20pm and still haven't been called in yet. On top of that they have these signs put up on all 4 walls of the waiting room that say "we see patients in order of scheduled appointment NOT by arrival time" their words not mine. Since we've been here there was someone that came in after us and already went in this place is terrible smh."
