"When I worked here as an infant and older infant teacher ,I truly enjoyed the love and care that I saw each and every day for the children, the staff was fun to work with and everyone was so helpful. It's was an amazing experience working for owners that cared for the families, children and staff."

"My son went to Primrose for over a year. The teachers were nice and were welcoming and helpful in the development of our son. We had been working on potty training and he was promoted by their teacher and the admin staff to the next grade – preschool class. The very first week of school (new teachers/ new classroom) he had accidents. His Father and I were not surprised of those accidents because he was having a few in the class prior. At the end of the first week of school I get a call from the Director Kaitlyn O’Brien that my son was having too many accidents for the classroom, and they didn’t have the support staff...Totally understandable. However, they couldn’t move him back to the previous class because they filled his spot. I was surprised to get a phone call, instead of a face-to-face conversation or a development plan to assist him (since it was the first week of his preschool experience). I don’t understand how he could have been promoted by his teachers and admin to the next class to only be told he actually wasn’t ready for that class, and we couldn’t move him back. After speaking with Kaitlyn on the phone and face to face, she was pretty rude. Then Kaitlyn and another parent, and the other admin, Chelsea, unbeknownst to them, that I was still in the building gathering me son things were talking about me and my son. As I called them out on this, they looked like children being caught in the act. Now I think the school is beautiful and clean, but as a business owner, I would never want my admin staff to talk about parents or CHILDREN to another parent."

"My son attended Primrose at Brookstone for two years and we loved it. The teachers were so caring and knowledgeable. The office staff was always welcoming and helpful. My son was so sad to leave this school. If you want your child in a loving environment were they will grow academically, this is the place."

"My son did preschool and prek at this school. My daugther has been at this school since 6 weeks old. She starts Public school next year. Both my husband and I are so sad that we will be leaving the Primrose at Brookstone in a year. We truly trust and love those at this school. Both our kids have made long term friendships. My son was well ahead of many in his class when he started kindergarten. I highly recommend this school to anyone with younger kids.
