"Me and 3 other cars were in drive thru at 10:25 and they close at 11pm. Whoever was working tonight 2/4/24 made everyone in drive thru wait til they were closed so they didn’t have to serve any more food. 35 min wait is outrageous, especially for not getting any food."

"I ordered double cheeseburger meal (for a coworker ) for lunch $11 did not realize they gave me the two cheeseburgers ( almost a 3 dollars difference) until my coworker came from his lunch break, to late to take it back, we are at work so there was no way for me to bring it back cause we get 30 minutes for lunch so I'll come after work talk with the manager oh there's nothing we can do, you have to bring food back, well the food got eaten because we have 30 minutes. The manager could have given me a ice coffee to make up the difference. The location was Montgomery hwy north but I will drive farther to a distance location."

"I might as well get paid to make it. The burger it's self was fine, but I would rather not open the wrapper and have mayonnaise all on the outside of my sandwich. Because my burger was slanted."

"What a great experience to be greeted by someone as precious as this lady at the food window. Our babies have never received a smile that big from a food service worker. Thank you McDonalds for hiring her to greet people. When people aren't feeling their best & their babies get a smile like that it cheers them up. Don't re her name cause we are elderly & we lost our son so this meant alot to us! I hope she gets special recognition. I am a retired RN of 33yrs & so often complaints are heard but praises aren't."
