"Service was trash ! It took 30 mins + or drinks and what we wanted to drink or start with a appetizer appetizer came when our food came very high price for small food portions the food was good and seasoned just very small portions for what your paying for . The server was trash in the beginning then started getting cool when it was time to pay . I also told the waiter well done steak got medium.. my friend didn’t like the spinach dip so she chose mozzarella"

"Had the Dinner trio and the ribs fell off the bone, steak was cooked to perfection, and crispy shrimp was good. I did have to wait on the shrimp because they forgot it. But overall really good food and the manager is amazing. Keep up the good work T!!! Best ribs I’ve had in a while."

"One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Appetizers came out one at a time over a 20 minute period. The sticky ribs tasted good but were luke warm. The mushroom bowl had sauce burned on the outside. The broccoli was brown, and one entrée came out after the other three were finished. It wasn't busy, it was just bad."

"Our waitress was great on November 5th, her name was Caitlyn not sure how spelled. She was taking care of half of the restaurant by herself and was doing a fantastic job. The coconut shrimp was delicious! The salad bar had so much to choose from. Highly recommended."

"I was greeted with a young girl at the front door who did not greet me. She sat down and I stood there waiting for a table to begin my meal. While I stood and she sat playing on her phone, two other employees asked if I needed anything. I waited until I asked the greeter, at the door, if I could have a table. Toni was my server, and she tried hard to be a good server. I had ZERO issues with service once I was seated. She was dealing with a large table and still provided me with excellent service. I give a 3-star review for the excessive and needless wait upon arrival and a few other issues. The foyer tile floor was dirty like a dirty mop smeared dirty water. The names on the salad dressing ladles were completely worn off the ladles. I could not be sure if I was getting blue cheese, ranch, or something else whiteish in appearance. My first visit to the salad bar it was wiped out. The second visit was much better. Seeing brooms and a dustpan right next to the salad bar is not acceptable for presentation. It is kind of gross, actually. It seems as if the issue here is a lack of solid management? I'm not sure, but this place is not firing on all cylinders. There is no reason I would return to this unit, which is sad, as I read Ruby Tuesday is on the verge of financial collapse."
