"Imagine driving through thirty minutes of snellville Traffic with your six year old in a severe thunderstorm , running through torrential downpour soaking wet after a hard day of work, so you can get your injection before the ten days lapses and they make you waste your time and repeat your previous shot… only to show up and the door say the injections are down. Imagine you did all the for nothing. Literally every other doctor office would contact patients, , but not this awful and inconsiderate one. Now imagine rude unprofessional nurses with worse customer service than a teenager at McDonald’s who instead of acting sincerely apologetic when they can see I’m Mad are basically like you can contact the office owner or manager (can’t remember which) and one Even acts annoyed and makes a short laugh like … jeez woman what’s your problem (read above is what is my problem) . I feel This office does not have empathy (they also lacked compassion when they inconvenienced us all as Their refrigerators stopped working). I feel they are condescending . And I let them know that. And get it together. Contact your patients next time so we don’t risk life and limb to get our injections for no reason. Ridiculous. I hate this place so much but am forced to go There the next few years. Thanks, Kaiser."
