"I went to the Benchmark in Grayson. It was a wonderful rehab center. I worked with Rebecca and she did a wonderful job bringing my shoulder back to life. I went there for four months so I was aware of how most therapists worked with patients and they are all top notch. It is a friendly place from the reception and appointment desk. Bonnie and Tyler always welcomed us and if you needed to cancel, they made sure they would get you a new appointment. I have had a lot of rehab in my life and this was the best. I would recommend it to anyone and I would tell you all the therapists do a great job."

"This was a new experience for me. I remember walking in thinking this is just like the gym, I do not want to get help in front of all of these people on different tables. I had never been to Physical Therapy before, so walking in here felt so intimidating. I called my husband & told him, and he said you'll be fine. And I was. From the very beginning, setting up the appointments, to coming in, and leaving the building my experience has been so wonderful. My instructor's were heaven sent & when I say patient is an understatement. If I wasn't doing something correct, they would always assist properly. I went there not knowing what to expect & completed the PT with some added knowledge that I can take away & continue in my daily activities. I appreciate each & everyone of the staff at this facility & if I ever had to do PT again, I know without a doubt where I will be attending. He was very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and personable. He worked diligently to make sure I was progressing and fully recovered before I was done.
