"Severely understaffed. No one calls you back ever and they lie just to shut you up. Dr Gaddee is kind but what doctor takes a 9 day vacation without anyone to assist her patients?? They have 1 prior authorization person for the entire 5 offices and their referrals take DAYS when it should be immediate. They try to sell you on all these reasons why you have to wait for them to do basic things that other offices will get done quickly. Excuse after excuse. The portal Is no better they ignore you on there too. I'm leaving this practice it's not worth it."

"I’m not quite sure where the ball is being dropped. the physician assistant Nichol blames the doctor, Dr. Sergile, however I’m having a hard time believing that this many occasions it’s the doctors fault. Nichole speaks very arrogantly and condescending to me after my frustrations of being at the pharmacy for two days in a row waiting on my prescription to be sent over. Now the doctor is off for 2 days… where is the accountability? This has occured on several occasions and the patient should not be blame. this needs to be handled, this is not the first occurrence."

"Went in for annual physical. I never asked a question only answered what was asked of me. I am 100% familiar with what turns a preventative visit into a billable office visit and wanted to utilize my annual preventative visit. To my surprise I was billed for an office visit on top of them billing my insurance and being paid for a preventative visit. Called to get resolved and was read a script to call my insurance company. They seem desperate for money, not the type of Doctor I want to have. They called recently said I was due for a 6 month check up. I have switched insurance and Dr. Balaney is not on my new plan. They had given me a prescription for one year of refills of maintenance medication and they called Express Script and cancelled my remaining refills. What doctors office would do this? Again too much time on their hands. When they start caring about the patients maybe more patients would visit."
