"I called this location a MONTH ago.. they never would schedule me. They kept saying they would call me back that day, that week.. NEVER heard from them. At this point, I’m going somewhere else. This was a pathetic way to run a business. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any doctors office. They gave excuse after excuse, with no intention of apologizing for my experience or truly helping to fix it. At this point, I’m at least 12 weeks pregnant and still haven’t been seen. Horrible, horrible! Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time!!"

"I have always seen Betsy Weiss PA when I go, and she is great. She makes sure all of my questions are answered and takes her time. The medical assistants have always been very nice to me as well. As for the office staff... every encounter I have with them, they are incredibly rude, especially the phone nurses. No one seems to care about helping you and they just rush you off the phone very rudely."

"I have been using this practice and Dr. Mann for many years and have found him to be an excellent doctor who takes time with his patients to speak with them and not rush through your appointment. I feel comfortable discussing with him any of my female health problems and he answers all my questions. He operated on me several years ago and it was successful surgery."

She listens to my concerns, answers all my questions with knowledgeable responses and ensures I don’t have any further questions before I leave. In my case, I switched from another doctor to Dr. Ware at 30 weeks pregnant. I WISH I had found her sooner. During delivery, she was calm and coached me through my contractions. She wasn’t overzealous or aggressive. This was priceless, since I chose to have a completely natural birth. Because of her, I had a very positive and memorable first experience. Faye is wonderful with following up on things we've discussed, and Jodi has the warmest personality and voice. Every nurse is friendly and caring. Dr. Mann is very thorough, and I just knew I was in the best hands. He educated me on my situation. I never felt rushed or pressured. My decision for surgery was purely my own.
