"I called this location a MONTH ago.. they never would schedule me. They kept saying they would call me back that day, that week.. NEVER heard from them. At this point, I’m going somewhere else. This was a pathetic way to run a business. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any doctors office. They gave excuse after excuse, with no intention of apologizing for my experience or truly helping to fix it. At this point, I’m at least 12 weeks pregnant and still haven’t been seen. Horrible, horrible! Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time!!"

"I have always seen Betsy Weiss PA when I go, and she is great. She makes sure all of my questions are answered and takes her time. The medical assistants have always been very nice to me as well. As for the office staff... every encounter I have with them, they are incredibly rude, especially the phone nurses. No one seems to care about helping you and they just rush you off the phone very rudely."

Faye is wonderful with following up on things we've discussed, and Jodi has the warmest personality and voice. Every nurse is friendly and caring. Dr. Mann is very thorough, and I just knew I was in the best hands. He educated me on my situation. I never felt rushed or pressured. My decision for surgery was purely my own.
