"Horrible customer service! Nobody called me to confirm my appointment, and it was canceled without anybody informing me. I drove over two hours to get to this appointment. The office staff are awful, lousy, and pathetic. They screamed at my face saying "the doctor isn't in the office today", and claimed that they called me. Nobody called, texted, or emailed me. DO NOT COME HERE! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!"

"I have been a patient here for about 2 years and I absolutely love it. Dr. McGee is so good at what she does and I truly appreciate her. She has a beautiful spirit, she has been patient and very attentive to my needs since day one. And thanks to her I now a beautiful healthy baby boy. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a new ob/gyn."

"Let me start with I never leave negative reviews. I think it’s necessary in this case. please don’t waste ur time. I saw Dr. McGee. Horrible horrible horrible. I was there for 2 hours for her to only see me for 5 minutes. I went due to having an abnormal CT which recommended follow up with gyn and ultrasound recommended. I said to her I only get my period once a year. Her response to me was and I quote “good for you”. And I said they found cysts so they are asking for ultrasound her reply was “oh u have kids everyone gets cyst, no need to follow up” I told my pcp what happened she immediately ordered the test, results came back abnormal and she recommended me to get a second opinion. I did that other Dr. immediately ordered biopsy and now I have to get surgery. thank God I went for a second opinion. DONT TRUST HER WITH YOUR CARE."

"All the receptionists were very unprofessional and rude once they asked for copay all 3 of them just stared at me deadpan waiting n waiting honestly as soon as I walked in they all were giving me and my friend strange looks, as if we didn’t belong, as if we’re not all women here. I heard them making remarks under their breath as we walked out which was surprising as they were all older ladies. Yk how that is though. I called to let them know Will not be coming back for my appointment n they proceeded to say I can come back that it was a misinformation about the copay, I wouldn’t have to pay for the visit. Yea no I’m good"

"I’ve never been treated worse from any other doctors office. Dr. Carmen McGee and the receptionist Shara were so incredibly rude to me this past visit. I needed this appointment desperately in order to be prescribed my birth control. I experience extreme withdrawal effects whenever I’m off schedule; I get extreme migraines, hormonal imbalance, extreme nausea and irregular cycle. I had no choice but to wait 3 weeks for my appointment and took off work just to be able to make it in time, unfortunately I was running 15 mins late bc of traffic and I called to let them know but they said I needed to be rescheduled even though i had already drove an hour across town. The receptionist and doctor refused to see me for my appointment and showed a lack of empathy or even understanding of how sick I was I tried waiting in the lobby but the doctor still refused to see me or even speak to me regarding my health. Not only did I have to endure physical effects of their poor practice but also I took off of work for absolutely nothing. I will NEVER return to this office ever again and I wish for the doctor and receptionist to be dealt with. The doctor should have at least pulled me to the side to have a quick conversation and recommend a way to be prescribed my medication elsewhere immediately instead of sitting around waiting on her but she obviously didn’t care about how much I was suffering"
