"If I could give no stars I would. First off, the front desk lady no regards and sympathy towards the patients. Keep in mind if you call and can’t reach them, it’s her not answering intentionally.You have to be persistent and call up to the 6th time to get an answer. I’ve called multiple times and came in to speak to them about over charging me. All they told me was to speak to my insurance, which I did. Their office OVERCHARGED ME. If they did their due diligence like I did, they would’ve charge me the right amount. But even after speaking to my insurance company, and their billing department all she told me was to give me 6-8 weeks before they would reimbursement. THEY DID NOT. Keep in mind it has been well over 3 months. Once you go back it’s same response. The doctor is great and if he knew what his office staff was doing to us patients and did not mind, I would take it back. I’ve been dealing with this for some time now and I would not recommend coming here. I’m so upset because the doctor is kind. They are fast to take your money but takes forever to genuinely address your concerns. Do not come here."
"I’m actually almost in tears. I don’t write bad reviews but I always hold things in and I want to prepare others. The doctor I was soooo looking forward to seeing came in with a very irritated energy. I was so excited to ask some questions to educate myself but I never got the chance. He asked me what was going on, interrupted me and I never finished and said I need a colonoscopy. I’m not disagreeing but when I asked him to repeat himself because he was talking so fast with a thick accent, he said Let Me Finish. I was a little scared because I wasn’t sure what went wrong. The room was very messy which does set good when you’re already not feeling well. The front desk woman refused to let me sign in and had an attitude with everyone. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes and seen the doctor in less than 70 seconds. He just said we must do the colonoscopy before anything. He didn’t want to do any blood work and forced me to pay that day. $440 with my insurance. I explained this was a consultation so I didn’t know what to expect and need time to prepare. I still had questions. He opened the door and walked out. I didn’t know if it was the end of our interaction because it definitely wasn’t a conversation. Then came back and said this way. I followed him out the door and he disappeared. A woman then says Hi I’ll take your $440 payment now. I was shocked. I paid my copay and didn’t even know what day I was coming back. These people are weird and unempathetic. I feel like I need to apologize for existing. Because all I felt was hate."
