"This company is the worse. My wife requested medical records that took a year to receive. Then social security request the records and it still takes 6 more months for them to receive them. You call and ask to speak with medical records and you are transferred to every department but medical records. The worse!!"
"Good doctors and procedures. AWFUL billing practices. I signed up for a payment plan and today alone received 10 calls from miscellaneous USACLINICSGROUP numbers asking for payment despite speaking with two “supervisors” and confirming with them (A) I am signed up for a payment plan and (B) I will stop receiving calls. I guess the money you shell out to them clearly doesn’t go towards a competent billing department."
"This review is strictly based on their billing practices. Dr. Perez as a doctor is very good and was helpful to my mother-in-law. Less than a month after she saw the doctor she started receiving psycho calling from their billing office. We had not even received our EOB back yet, or a bill from the office. She is 80 years old and was very upset. The agent was rude and telling her to “go get her pocketbook and pay the bill!” I finally made a phone call back, and spoke to Javier, who informed me she owe $38.24. I said this is the first time we were hearing of this. I checked her EOB and saw that it had just posted to her insurance. I asked him to please send us a bill, because I keep track of her medical expenses and I want a bill. He informed us we don’t send bills. I informed him that I would not pay unless I have a bill to match up with what she owes, and that they had to cease calling her. This was a Saturday and they continue to call up to 20 times and numerous text messages that day. The next day they called 12 times. On Monday. I went to the office and explained what had happened and they informed me that they would stop the psycho calling, but it continued anyway. This is no way to treat anybody. This was not an overdue bill. This was not something that was past due. This was something that was less than 30 days after seeing the doctor and they are crazy! The doctor needs to do something to handle this nut job of a collections and billing office that they have. The bill will be paid today and she will never go back to this office again because they are very very unprofessional!"
"The doctor whom actually does the treatment, Dr. Perez, is excellent. Dealing with USA Vein Clinics and their call center has been an absolute nightmare. I can never talk to the local office directly and everything has to be filtered through their corporate office. The local office doesn't even have phones! The call center employees are rude and are not helpful and trying to get anyone to actually answer the questions I have is nearly impossible. I've even had them hang up on me. If it wasn't for how good of a doctor Dr. Perez is, I would have sought treatment at another facility. Very poor business model and very disappointing."
"If I could give them a zero i would. If you care about your well being DO NOT come to this place. I have been dealing with this unprofessional office in regards to a procedure I was supposed to have for them to wait until the day I was scheduled for my procedure for them to tell me my insurance doesn't cover it. Now the fun fact to this is medial insurance is my background. Which now it seems as if I'm doing their job for them to not only keep being transferred 1000x but to get hung up on and never receive a call back. This place needs to be shut down"
