"I been in this office for close to 10 years and now this is the service they provide. I will never be back to this place. l been taking all my family here. But NO MORE I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this doctor's office. The level of professionalism was shockingly low, and the service provided was nothing short of terrible. The staff exhibited a complete lack of respect towards patients, treating them in an abhorrent manner that left me utterly appalled. It's disheartening to see a place that is meant to provide care and support to patients fall so short of even the most basic expectations. The staff seemed to forget that their very livelihood depends on the patients who come seeking help. The complete disregard for patient well-being and the overall dismissive attitude made it clear that this office has lost sight of its purpose. Not only was the service subpar, but the staff's behavior was downright deplorable. Patients should never be made to feel insignificant or unimportant, yet that seemed to be the norm in this establishment. I witnessed firsthand the mistreatment and poor attitude displayed towards fellow patients, and it left me feeling deeply unsettled. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking medical assistance at this office to think twice. The unprofessionalism, terrible service, and disrespectful staff are not only disappointing but also potentially harmful to one's health and well-being. It's crucial to find a healthcare provider who values and respects their patients, and unfortunately, this office falls far short of meeting that standard."

"Been seeing Mary then Montero Jorge and Melissa . Everyone is very professional . I never have bad experience for over 16 years at this practice . But personally Jorge is my favorite . He always explained very detail and even print out pics for us to understand . My mom and I very pleased to come every time . Thank you to everyone at the clinic . Love and caring . "Never used to have an issue with this practice, but now my Doc is mostly telehealth and the office doesn't feel as safe. No masking staff. Also sat across from a Trump painting in an exam room (pictured). I don't know about you, but I don't feel comfortable in a medical office that puts a science-denying fascist on display. I will be looking for a new practice. Very sad because I absolutely love Dr. Borrego."
