Christine’s PP program meets you where you are, offering accessible workouts that challenge you at an appropriate level as you ease back in without being “too” easy. They build in difficulty over time exactly at the pace you want. The app is easy to navigate and conveniently includes videos of Christine and her colleagues demonstrating each module so you know you’re doing it right every time. Very little equipment is needed - likely things you’d already have at home! Each workout is also the perfect length of time so you can easily integrate it into your free time during nap, or even with baby happily bouncing nearby. I found myself even doing some days twice because afterward I felt great, got a boost of energy, and was building confidence toward achieving my regular fitness goals. "Well Equipt has helped me recover from two knee replacements. Before my first surgery I came to Elizabeth who worked with me to relieve some of the pain I was experiencing. I could not stand for more than 5 minutes before my knee would give way. After the surgery she and Christine worked with me to regain full use of my knee. A year later after my second surgery I worked with Renee. I dismissed the home health care PT and used only Renee because the therapy I received from Well Equipt was far better.
