"Awful physical therapy experience. I was left alone during physical therapy like I was working out by yourself. I went to three therapy sessions and was billed $800. After my last session where I received no real therapy on my knee it was a wrap for me. Find another facility."

"I have been to this office three times and every time I'm charged a different co-pay. The latest is making the patient responsible for who owns the MRI machine. Be aware that they will charge you a hospital fee to use the MRI at this same office location. I was told I had a $40 co-pay during pre-registration but they sent me a bill for $120 because thr hospital owns the machine. Taking advantage of patients is not right. Calling over the phone to get things resolved is even worst because Charlotte in customer service has an attitude problem. I like my doctor but I don't like the trickery that comes with their billing system."

"Sincerely nice staff everywhere in this facility, from the time you arrive til you leave - and I’m a 64-year-old with osteoarthritis, not an athlete. I was a bit flustered with my navigation app when I arrived, but everyone made me feel calm and glad to be there. I was amazed at how clean - spotless - this facility is. I come from Nashville, TN to a doctor here because these folks are superior to what you will find anywhere in the US. They’re in healthcare because they are committed to helping you heal - how refreshing. What I get here that I can’t get anywhere else is a history of knowledge from open research and development of treatment beyond traditional medicine. There’s a reason people come to Emory from all over the world to study and practice: it’s the supreme ultimate best beyond what’s offered in the US."
