"It was a good office. Until I had to change my time. The receptionist was very rude. She told me If I cancel I’ll be charged $100. Or if I change my appointment time to later in the day I’ll be charged $75. Then she was like which one . She never had an attitude until I called to change appointment . I won’t be going back. I never go back to anything that treat me poorly or gives bad customer service in case of retaliation from establishment. Dr. Roxanne though is great at her work but if you have rude people on phone how do you get business. Won’t be going back"
