"I have been coming here for about three years, and I never had any problems when my primary care provider was Ms. Moody. On my last visit, I had a female doctor who acted like she didn’t want to do a breast exam on me. I felt it was something simple that she could’ve easily done, considering the fact that I was telling her that something felt weird with my breast. Instead she scheduled me an appointment for a month out, because she was acting as if she was so busy. But when I scheduled my appointment, I told them everything I needed done, so I’m not sure why it was an issue. I can’t remember this female’s name. The wait time was terrible this day. Never really had this problem before. Today my copay and a 30 minute drive was wasted. I saw Dr. Omundi and he basically talked me out of what I was there for. I had to keep going back and forth with him about what I needed, but I left because I was not about to keep arguing with him. Also again, I stated everything I needed done when I made my appointment. Basically I’m just going to find a different doctor’s office because I don’t want to have to hassle with someone about my needs every time I come to the doctor. The receptionist was great."

"Can’t review the actual doctors because trying to get an appointment is terrible! Very very rude receptionist, kept placing me on hold, and eventually was transferred to another woman who was able to at least answer my questions. Was a complete waste of my time."

"First appointment and the wait time was almost 1 hour before my daughter was seen for her appointment. She also had lab work done at the end of her visit and I have yet to hear anything pertaining to the results. The physician/np was very good with bedside manners."

"I've been a patient of this practice for almost 10 years now. In the beginning I enjoyed coming here. Dr. Simmons, Moody and Alexander are all very well qualified in their professions. Yet, this practice needs an overhaul. They have a high turnover for their staff and unfortunately their patients are affected. Anytime you call now it's not answered and after a 5 minute wait it's transferred to the voicemail line. The only reason they even get 2 stars is because Jackie and Ms. Moody try their best to still give remarkable care even though the practice has fell by the wayside."

"The staff was very friendly and pleasant, very personable. The Dr. was so nice and makes you feel extremely comfortable. This is the best experience that I have had in a Doctor Office. I will be changing my children to this office as well as recommending friends to go here as well. Outstanding establishment!!"
