"I've seen Dr. Catlett 2-3 sensed relocating to Atlanta. At first, I thought she was a good Dr but at my last visit, I noticed my concerns fell upon deaf ears. She did not do her due diligence to make sure my needs were met thus leading me to still be in pain and discomfort since my last visit. "I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Wellstar Primary Care. Front receptionist Stacey was delightful, sunny and very capable. I came for my first appointment with Dr. Alexis Catlett on a rainy day like no other, not feeling well at all, but I could not help smiling when Stacey greeted me with good humor and charm. Before I could be seated, I was led to the examination room by nurse Rose--no waiting at all--who was patient, knowledgeable, and undaunted by my list of medications and chronic conditions. Rose was equally patient and empathetic with me as I struggled to remember the name of some of my own conditions. Not long after Rose left, Dr. Alexis Catlett entered and immediately set mine and my wife's minds at ease that here was a primary physician who was more than able to help me continue a lifetime journey through the sea of my healthcare to find and gather together a team of specialists at Wellstar to address each of my conditions. I can assure you I have only experienced twice before the kind of instant rapport that I felt with Dr. Catlett at a forst appointment. The first time was a chronic pain specialist in Burbank. CA in 2006. The second time was my primary physician Dr. Heather Applewhite of Presbyterian Medical Group in Albuquerque NM. I have not yet begun my work with the specialists at Wellstar, but based on my experience with Dr. Catlett and the staff at Wellstar Primary Care, I can recommend that anyone with healthcare needs could not find better."

She's also great and reviewing her records before she comes in for your exam so she's familiar with your history. I'm super happy to be under her care and know she's there when I need her. Also the office staff is very professional and functions like a well oiled machine. The building got a recent remodel so its very fresh and clean."
