"First off, let me say that my provider has been wonderful and listens with care. My biggest issue is that I cannot ever get anyone on the phone that can get things taken care of in a timely matter. I had an appointment November 22nd, I had to reach back out on December 4th to get my medication because I still haven't heard from the prescribing MD(Hawkins). I go until Friday the 8th and I STILL haven't heard after I had called several times and received the same response "it has been sent over and I marked it as priority." Finally the afternoon of the 8th I get it sent over BUT my pharmacy was out. I called Lifestance and let them know twice and gave them the new pharmacy (and yes, even check with the new pharmacy on the inventory so I didn't have any more hassle). As 4 hours go by I email the prescribing MD to let him know and still NOTHING. As of today 12/11, I still have not been able to get the script sent to the other pharmacy and received the same exact response "it has been marked as priority." I have worked with several doctors offices(professional and personally) in the past and have never had such a run around trying to get my prescription moved to another pharmacy when I have done everything I needed as well as giving pharmacy name, address and phone number each time!!"
