"The lady who does your insurance and payments is not really helpful I ask if she may help fill my papers out cause I have trouble writing she laughed I told her I wasn't joking due to a stroke I can't hardly write but she refused to help thanks to the nurse in the back she got the secretary to help me. Never look at someone and assume you don't know what there disability may be."
