"I have used the Shaw center for a couple years up until this summer. I chose to use an out of town ob to care for my pregnancy since I didn’t not want to deliver at the hospital where I live. I received fine care during my pregnancy but recently I have decided I will no longer use this office for my gyn needs. I have a LOT of problems regarding reproductive system. I made an appointment back in April and had a list compiled to speak with my dr about to try to find out what is going on with my body. When I was taken back the nurse told me to undress and wait so patiently I am with no pants on under this paper sheet. (Mind you my appointment was at 11:50 am and I should not have accepted this time as it was.. right at lunch) when dr Justice finally comes in I start rattling off some of my problems. She cuts me off. Immediately suggests birth control and writes some stuff down on a piece of paper and hands it to me. Says we need to do tests and walks out. She was in there for under one minute. She didn’t hear me out. No compassion. Totally rushed. I wasn’t very surprised. I get dressed and walk out in time to see her rushing out the door for lunch. I get it. Everyone needs breaks. But If it has to be this way why make an appointment at lunch? And as I was walking out her nurse gave me a concerned look as I’m sure she could see the disappointment in my face. I requested my records that day. It’s an hour drive for me one way. I thought I was doing the drive to get the best care I could get but that’s just not true. I received a $266 bill for this ‘interaction’ that lasted for just a few seconds. I guess this office would be fine if you need minimal care but if you’re looking for a compassionate dr who wants to get to the core of your suffering- don’t chose dr Justice. The staff is very kind mostly. I’ve seen a couple other drs there and they were fine. Wildly disappointed with this situation. A $266 bill for absolutely no care, no compassion, no answers, no time. Nothing."

"I've been so disappointed with the shaw center during my pregnancy. Between scheduling and only half the doctors are welcoming and nice it's just been stressful which is not what I need while pregnant. I can't imagine using the shaw center again."

"I relocated from Missouri to Georgia. I have been trying for 3 weeks or more to make appointments. They sent me a medical release form to fill out (in PDF form). So as long as you are equipped with an app to manage pdf's then they can be filled out, or if you have a printer and scanner. I have never had so much trouble making doctors appointments."
