"Hired them through PKS taxes sent them everything called them many many times to check on our taxes got ahold of answering service said they would have someone contact me which they never did finally got a call July 1st 2021 message said only they are done we are boxing everything up and sending it out never got nothing they never told me how much I owe them or anything until I tuned them into the attorney General office they sent a letter saying that I owe 578.00 and will not send my paperwork back till paid all yea by the way they never filed my taxes but they are blaming me because they never called me to tell me how much or to sign anything I have all the phone records showing everything and also have the one voicemail Paid them in full and irs still says that they were not filed for 2020"
