"They messed up my taxes on there own fault. Refused to give me 400 back for services even though they didnt do there job right. Now owe the irs 3k. On top of that the tax "pro" that did my taxes couldn't anwser any of my tax questions and was zero help. Normally I do them my self but this was my first year filing married so I thought it would be better to get professional help. What I got was a joke instead do not go here or use h&r block they won't help you when stuff like this happens and make it out to be your mistake."
