"So far not impressed. My Dr sent the referral 2 months ago when I called to follow up wondering why no one contacted me., They Claimed they tried calling me and my voicemail wasn't set up. I have had the same number for over 15 years. My voicemail is good. No one else has had issues. They claimed they mailed me paperwork. Never received anything. All the contact info they have is correct. We verified it. It appears to me, someone was being lazy and didn't want to do their job. So disappointed. It seems to me lack of care by the person who received my referral. Hopefully from this point on everything else will be good and smooth sailing. Update Sept 2023. Still not impressed. I don't understand how they can misplace paperwork."
