"Been seeing Dr. Valez since she was on court street. I called a few weeks back for an appointment and was told they do walk in onlys now. Went today while I had time for it, and was told at 8:02, 2 minutes after opening, that walk ins were full for the day and I couldn't be seen till Monday. Absolutely disgusting."

"Dr. V is a doctor that actually cares more about her patients then what goes in her pocket. Most docs feel they are superior to the rest of us. Dr V & her staff are very attentive from the moment u enter the clinic till u leave. I have been with her for years & I have never had less than 20 - 30 min of her time each visit. Most dr's u are lucky if u get 5 min much less 20. If I lived in another state, I would fly to Quitman to keep her as my PCP, she's just that good. She won't give up till u have answers. They are family, god bless u Dr V & your staff."
