When first spoke to her regarding some insurance difficulties and how I was worried about my appointments, she made sure to give me all the possible information I would need, plus some! (Even went and got an second opinion to be completely sure). All in all, I am so appreciative for that phone call this morning. Thank you, Kayla!"

"EVERYTIME I make an appointment and go I am there 3+hrs and I’ve tried to switch doctors multiple times. I recently sign a record release form that was supposed to be sent out a week ago and haven’t heard back from the new doctor. I called the tifton women’s center about my medical records and they said they don’t have anything in their system about it. Now mind you that day I sign 2 forms one to release forms to myself AND to send them to a different doctor but they are stating that the one I signed to get them sent has been “miss placed” and I have to come up there and sign another one. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and still don’t know the gender of my baby and haven’t done a blood test bc my appointments last from late afternoon to closing and never got a chance to do blood work.. this isn’t the one I want to go to and I’m trying to get out… it’s very frustrating."

"The biggest joke of women’s healthcare that I have ever experienced. I have been in touch and contacting Maria multiple times over the last 6.5 months since my appointment, about a document needed to send to another physician. I was told time after time that she was busy and would get to it ASAP. Then the nurse, Connie, told me that Maria likes to push those things to the side. Connie was so kind, supportive and understanding of my frustrations. I finally got in touch with them today (6.5 months later) and Connie told me that Maria refused. I asked her to make a note of that in my file and thanked her for at least being the only person in the building that was kind to me. I will drive the hour trip to Dr. Goldberg in Douglas again because I know I will get quality care there."

"I’ve only had good experiences with Dr. Asbury. She is so warm and comforting. I’m definitely an anxious person and very picky about doctors and appointments lol. She is very aware of that and treats me very gently because of it and is always soothing my anxieties."

"Michelle Pierce is the worst nurse I have ever come in contact with. Never met a nurse so rude and unprofessional. Left the center crying due to the way I was treated while under her care. Will not be going back here after my experience and have heard many others with horrible experiences with her including baby deliveries."
