"I ordered ahead, grabbed my drink & was looking for a sleeve but they were out on the floor. I was heading out the door & an employee had noticed and asked if they could grab me one while they restocked. It was one of those little things that just makes you feel seen and like they’re paying attention and care. Yes, this is admitting they weren’t perfectly stocked, but good on them for seeing an opportunity to be nice and taking care of it."

"The cashier was able to process people thru quickly. However, taking 24 minutes to get one hot cappuccino is ridiculous. Also, none of the workers are smiling. The music is playing terribly loud to the point of not being able to hear the person calling the names of drinks."

"This is the worst Starbucks location that I have EVER been to! Mobile orders always take well over 15 minutes than the estimated ready time. I had a recent mobile order for an iced cinnamon dolce latte with almond milk and cinnamon sweet cream cold foam and they prepared it hot and the baristas don't acknowledge you when you're at the counter to try to get it fixed and when they "fix" their mistake they remake the drink poorly. Also if you order food, they leave it behind the counter and when you ask them how much longer it will be, they'll say it's ready and then they bring it to the pick up counter and it's cold since it's been sitting out for a period of time. Mobile orders always take so long but the drive thru is even worse! Even if there's only 2 cars in the drive thru, they will manage to make you wait 30 minutes every time, never fails. They need some SERIOUS help. This Starbucks store is truly the worst and the previous reviews speak for itself."

"Waited 45 mins in drive-in is ridiculous. Then we had change our orders because of lack of supplies... Then NO sleeves for the hot drinks! My daughter is manager for Starbucks in Texas. Starbucks corporate needs to look at this store. I've look at previous reviews and this has been going on for last 5 yrs! Something has to change.. Then while open 5am - 3pm when website says closes at 8pm..... Need to hire people or bring people in from corporate to fix this serious problem!"
