"If you are having an emergency I would suggest going to Capital Regional Emergency room, not this one. The staff at the front desk here were *so* rude to me and basically chastised me for being shaken up from my injury. They made me feel so terrible and they yelled at me and my friend just for being there. They were rude to everybody and it made everything so much worse. The wait time was also insane. I was waiting here after being yelled at and I sat there with glass still in my hand, a wound still bleeding right there in the waiting room, after being yelled at by the staff for not wanting to take the towel off my bleeding hand. I called my friend and she told me I would be better off leaving and going to Capital Regional and so I did and it was much better and I didn’t get yelled at."

"I was in a room in less than 30 minutes (I went at around 4 A.M.). I had a migraine that had persisted on and off for nearly 24 hours. The doctor immediately turned the light off when he entered my room, asked my questions, did some physical tests on me. He was concerned I had no way to ride home so he let me stay until the medication left my system so it was safe for me to drive. Had a good experience and great care from the doctor and the nurses."

"This place sucks. The building is nice but the staff sucks. The front desk lady was so rude and she apparently called our name once and then didn’t see us so she said we left and moved on. When we went to ask she said we didn’t come when our name was called we never left the waiting room so either she didn’t say it loud enough or didn’t say it at all. Then she was rude about the whole situation. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Edit*- The nurses were wonderful and kind. My nurse was understanding and so sweet. But the waiting and front desk experience wasn’t worth it."

"My 3yo daughter has had traumatic experiences in these settings.Two amazing nurses helped my daughter with a kindness and understanding I’ve never seen given to her. They went above and beyond to find a solution to help her for her age, while saving her more trauma with the quickest and best solution they could give us. Thank you so much. 12 hours in and she already was better, and a day later she is now herself again. Awesome team."

"Went twice in one week for the chest/abdominal pain. Both times the staff were extremely pleasant and made sure my visit was as comfortable as possible. The second doctor I saw talked through all my options with me and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. Would highly recommend this ER."
