"I am a real person living in Albany Georgia. I was referred to come here to deal with a situation that requires surgery. In the beginning; it looked normal, people smile and it seems a regular building with regular people. However, all it takes for them to show their true colors is a situation or a disagreement. One of my bills was mishandled by the billing department. A woman who identifies as Jackie Boulden was mishandling my case for 4 months, they couldn't get the insurance company to pay the bill and that is when I spoke about how miscommunication and wrong businesses strategies. The woman turned disrespectful and hung up the phone call on me. She proceeded to lie to the admin staff and Dr. Richardson. Dr. Richardson started making negative remarks about me as a patient without even questioning the credibility of those comments and all of a sudden the whole building got together and they contacted thier lawyers. They could not reason, they could could not get one fact straight about the whole incident and they could not treat me with equality and justice. They acted as a well - organized criminal entity and they had their lawyers to try intimidating me by sending me letters stating I cannot phone call or visit this building. This building is located in a segregated city in Albany Georgia; I am not surprised about the racist behavior because Albany is like that but I am surprised that they felt they needed a lawyer where there is no evidence whatsoever by audio or by video that I disrespected any staff members. The claim of racist building is easy, I was the only person of a different ethnicity getting service or walking in this facility and yet thier comments and statements were derogatory and untrue. They kept inflating a negative report done by Jackie Boulden without checking first or without confirmation. Everyone from the floor manager even to the nurse kept giving rude answers and a defensive posture every time I was using reasoning skills or probing questions. This building has no integrity or morals of any kind and it uses it's paid devil's advocate to intimidating if you ask too many questions."

"I was referred to Dr. Davis by Dr. Laura Fay to determine if I had reflux. The entire staff were friendly, efficient and thorough. Dr. Davis was thorough and answered all my questions. Before and after my surgery he was attentive and made me feel at ease. Sarah the NPC was especially informative and attentive. My surgery was very successful.
