"If I could have given a zero, I would. She was unresponsive to my daughter's needs. She allowed my daughter run out of medication although I called 2 weeks. She finally sent the prescription, but she sent it to the wrong pharmacy. When that issue was brought to her attention, she said she could not send Rx to Decatur. She never returned any of my requests for call back. Her solution was for me to drive 6 hours to the pharmacy she sent the medication to. SMH. Poor practice all around."
